Hello listeners!
Welcome to episode 10 and the final of series 1 of Buccaneer for Wildlife Podcast! For the final episode of the series I spoke to writer, journalist and activist Rachel Yates. We talk about her background stories on when she first got involved in environmental activism, what she is doing currently both as a career but as a community rep for Plastic Free Penzance and talk all about the most recent campaign, 'Swimming in Plastic'.

This will be the final episode of series 1 and after this, I will be taking a break for the next couple of months. A massive thank you to all who have tuned in over the past 10 months and stuck around to be part of this journey and to all the guests who have been on this series - Thank you all so much! This is not a goodbye as the podcast will return in the new year for series 2, where I talk to even more fascinating individuals doing incredible things for the environment, wildlife and conservation.
I hope you all have a good rest of the year and I will speak in 2024!
Bye!
