To start off this show note all I can say is you must listen to this episode uninterrupted for the first 25-30 ish minutes. Passang's story is unlike anything you've heard on the show and I think it's probably the coolest story we will ever hear on Scales N Tales. good, now that the important part of this is out of the way I can elaborate on the rest of this episode lol. Passang and I take a huge dive into what he's done to get sherpa where it's at today. This man really knocks the RnD part of bait-making out of the park. Testing baits for a whole season before he even makes them public knowledge half the time. That's something you don't always see a lot of in the building world, an I think that's what makes sherpa baits Stand out so much to me. Passang is busting his hump to make sure everything he puts his name on and sells is 1000% ready to target the fish of your dreams.
