I'm starting a new series on a book that has been around for many years and a lot of people believe it is one of the best leadership books and principles ever written. I am doing a deep dive on this book with our team and I am really enjoying putting the principles back into place. I attempted this a few years ago but a few things didn't take and I, taking extreme ownership, need to take responsibility.
