The Bridging Impact Podcast is committed to sharing insightful wisdom from experienced coaches, sports psychologists, and athletic directors to transform athletes into leaders on and off the court.

Our guest this week is Jesse Armistead, Founder of Ice Basketball. Basketball has always been his favored arena, a passion he seamlessly integrates into his coaching ethos.

Hailing from Northridge High School, he left an indelible mark by spearheading his team to clinch a region championship and fiercely contest in the state tournament.

Following a two-year stint on a church mission, his journey continued at Wenatchee Valley College, where his prowess on the court was evident in a remarkable Career Free Throw percentage of 100%.

Transitioning into the realm of training, he has since amassed over four years of experience, impacting the lives of numerous players striving to elevate their game.

His coaching acumen shines brightly. He has nurtured two all-state players and cultivated a crop of several all-region talents. Notably, he guided a player once relegated to the sidelines, ultimately propelling them to the collegiate level after they were cut from their high school team.

For him, the essence lies in the process, a belief underscored by his unwavering commitment to extracting excellence from each athlete, fostering a mindset where pursuing personal bests in every moment becomes paramount.
