The Bridging Impact Podcast is committed to sharing insightful wisdom from experienced coaches, sports psychologists, and athletic directors to transform athletes into leaders on and off the court.
In this week's episode we sit down and talk with Championship Culture Coach Becky Beaulieu.
Becky began her athletic career when she was three years old, playing soccer, track, gymnastics, and fast-pitch softball. When she hit my peak height at 4’11, my destiny was sealed as a competitive gymnast.
She became a two-time National Champion at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She was a member of four national championship teams and earned seven All-American honors.
She coached at UW-La Crosse for two years before spending 18 years as the mental health liaison and head gymnastics coach for the University of Wisconsin-Stout. At UW-Stout, she helped lead teams to 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the National Championships and coached the first team in school history to a conference championship.
She was fortunate to coach eight individual national champions, 66 All-Americans, and two athletes who qualified and competed at NCAA Division I Regionals.
She also worked as the mental health liaison for athletics, where she counseled and mentored athletes from basketball, track, softball, golf, and more. Additionally, she culture coached and gave leadership talks to Men’s basketball.
She is passionate about serving athletes and enhancing team culture through observations, interventions, and recommendations learned through my 20 years of working in NCAA athletics and time spent as a licensed psychologist.
