Meet Cal Edwards, a father of three beautiful children and loving partner to Elyse. Cal graced us with the conversation on hyper masculinity in construction and footy culture, his struggles with alcoholism and gambling and the blessings of fatherhood. As Cal continues his journey he's found a passion for breathwork and shares the impact it's had on his life and why he is actively studying and training in this modality of well being.
