Welcome back to this week's episode! Coming back from such an incredible event this past week which has left me effortlessly inspired to share my unfiltered thoughts with you today. Throughout this episode, I'll be expressing my gratitude for how drastically my life has changed since working with a life coach. Not only that, but how I truly believe everyone could benefit from having one. Since pursuing the journey of not only working 1:1 with a coach, but admitting myself into a coaching program - so much I never believed could happen within the span of FIVE months. I dive into more detail with those changes. Overall, I'm so so SO proud of my progress, the experiences, the changes, the connections, and the immense growth within me. It truly is amazing how making one decision can alter your entire life.
