In this episode we will talk about different types of distraction disorders, ADD and ADHD, and my personal experience with ADD. I think anyone could benefit from expanding their knowledge on this subject whether or not you have an attention disorder. I am convinced that it should be normalised to talk about these subjects and no one should ever feel ashamed nor afraid to share their experience with any condition. Being able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes creates better understanding, love, and kindness in this universe. I hope this episode helps a little (or a lot) with that.
