The best way to deal with an injury is to prevent it from happening in the first place.  With proper preparation you are more likely to stay injury free and on track to crush your goals.  However, that doesn't mean that injuries don't still happen.   With correct care your recovery time can increase and with knowledgeable guidance your fitness journey can stay on track.
