You know there are many ways to measure your fitness gains. We don’t recommend measuring with a scale, but that may be one way that people do measure their fitness goals. You can also measure in terms of what your body can do, which is a measurement that we do recommend. But what about gains that are more difficult – or impossible – to measure and quantify, like your mood, your perception of yourself, or the way that you interact with other people? In today’s episode, we discuss those fitness gains that you can’t easily measure, and that may not be noticeable to anyone but yourself, but are still important.
