When I decided to embark on this journey I needed to start with a transformational leader that I deeply admire and a friend, none other than Dr. Karrian Hepburn Malcolm.
In her journey she talks about simply wanting to be more financially comfortable and stable enough to be able to provide for her family. She then learned that she wanted to be a leader. With ultimate preparation and support for her innate talent from those that surrounded her she made herself the remarkable leader she is now.
