What we dedicate time to resolve also matters? What really matters, are we working on something that will move us forward, something that aligns with our values? Do you maintain contact with the goal. Are you able to agree to disagree and let go?
Ask if this is a disagreement that will lead to breakthrough or necessary change and proceed accordingly. If it is a difference of opinion, know when it is time to move on.
