Let's Talk About Accepting the Challenge of Making Change.
To make change happen requires us to take action. Sometimes change can be immediate, but more often than not, small change is compounded over time to result in big changes. As change progresses, each step may appear to be larger than the previous one due to momentum and compounding of efforts.
Change can be a challenge, but it is necessary. We have the ability to manage, or at least impact, a lot of the change opportunities that come our way. To manage that change, we must accept the challenge that accompanies the change.
So, for our next few episodes in a series I have entitled Challenge
Accepted, I am going to talk about life and leadership challenges for positive change. We all have change opportunities of varying types and I hope this challenge accepted series will be helpful. Here’s to you accepting the challenge to walk through this series with me.
