Experience is a great teacher that allows us to see things and experience things from a different perspective.
Experience sometimes gives us the privilege and responsibility of sound observation and insights.
It's important for us to be encouraging about the things we observe. In some cases, it may fall like a dormant seed that needs to the right conditions to germinate and grow, in other cases it may be the immediate spark that gives rise to the realization of dreams.
In my life, I have been blessed with experienced souls who took time to share their observations of my skills and abilities. Sometimes, what seems natural to us or what seems to be second nature, is actually part of our superpower.
So, I encourage you to share your observations and insights of the talent and abilities you see in others.
