Let’s Talk About the Benefits of Insight
There is power in collaborating in a manner that seeks to understand and provides a safe place of respect. There’s power in being in a place where your energy can be focused on coming together, authentically to accomplish a task. There is power in bringing to bear the things that matter to allow us to focus our expertise and best selves.
When we take the position of wanting to understand, and seeking to understand, we can strengthen our thoughts, we can expand our thoughts, we can clarify our thoughts. We can make connection through our understanding of others that allows them enough connectivity and psychological safety to try to understand us. When we gain clarity of understanding, it allows us to collaboratively progress through decisions.
It can be human nature to try to separate and reject versus seeking understanding and benefiting from the insights and power understanding offers. Seek understanding.
