Let’s talk about getting started.
Sometimes we are afraid to get started or to start over, but it’s important to get started. The longer we delay starting, the longer we delay our acquisition of experience and progress. When we delay getting started it pushes things out or it may eliminate an opportunity.
Starting over, is about letting go of the things that hold us back or keep us stuck. In the world of work, starting over might mean envisioning something from scratch versus trying to rework something that was created for circumstances, and in times that are no longer relevant.
When we start over, we challenge our status quo, we make way for new learning and breakthrough.
