Let’s talk about being nice, respectful, and building others up.
Everyday we have the opportunity to be nice to others. We have the option to be respectful and the option to interact in a way that feeds the confidence of others. Be confident enough to be nice and respectful, which can have a positive ripple effect.
Being rude or disrespectful does not benefit the situation. No matter what, people deserve respectful interaction.
When we are nice, people can see us as reasonable and approachable.
When we are nice, we extend respect and help people to feel worthy of respect.
When we are nice we set an example for others to follow.
So let’s focus on Building others up, Being Respectful of
others, and just BEING NICE.
