Let’s talk about taking action
Taking Action is a necessary step to moving toward our
desired future state. We can’t hope or wish things into reality – we must take action.
To take action toward our vision, break things into actionable
items. By taking the time to create manageable steps, we help ourselves to stay on target to achieve our goals. When we maintain engagement, we have a greater ability to learn and grow along the way.
Taking action necessarily means that we must accept the
failures that area part of progress. We can learn to glean all that we can from our failures in order to make better decisions in the future. With persistence and focus, we can learn to be resilient
in times of action and change. Persistence is an important part of navigating change, challenges, and new learning.
When taking action on your milestones, be sure to celebrate
your successes and your learning. You can celebrate your achievement of milestones by yourself or with others, however, when we celebrate with others there is a greater level of accountability that can form to benefit us.
So, after you get going on your visioning, start taking action
to move your vision from dream to reality.
