Change seems to be at odds with comfort, yet everything is constantly changing. Perhaps instead of looking at change as discomfort, we would do better to focus on change as a process, think exchange. When we exchange something, we trade it in for something that will provide us more value at the moment. That can be something we consume, something we learn, or something we physically utilize in some manner. There are consistencies in change - one is that it is consistently changing and the other thing is that you are a part of that change. We can be impacted by change or we can impact change. This week let's talk about change.
