In this episode of ‘The Live Free Experience,’ Briana Bowley chats with personal trainer and fitness model, Phoebe Taylor. Phoebe gives us an insight into her preparation for the WBFF and the mindset it entails. Phoebe also details her own past struggles with self worth and ‘not enough-ness’ and the journey she has been on to greater self awareness and possibility.

Phoebe Taylor has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and is driven to help people feel fulfilled within all areas of their life. With certification in Performance Nutrition Level 1 and 2, Phoebe takes a holistic viewpoint in all of coaching work.

 

Phoebe’s mission is to help women feel aligned with their purpose, to achieve their goals and create long lasting food freedom, new belief habits and a strong as F body.
