In today’s world most people have a tendency to push off getting “healthy” or in “shape.” The main reason people do this is because it is hard and they are scared to fail. Most people wait till the
beginning of the New Year with their “New Year Resolutions” to even begin getting their fitness in check. And on the other side, over half of those people who started resolutions this year have
failed. So those same people just give up getting in shape for the year or wait until the middle of “beach season” to start again. MY question is why are you waiting? Why not get healthy now? Your
health should be a priority and there is no better time to start than this current moment.
