Life and Fitness can be very complicated and very hard at times. Sometimes we start on our journey and have a decisive goal we want to achieve. However, sometimes on that journey our goals change. There is no problem with changing your goals and the things we want. But, too many people decide to change their goals but they do not change the actions it takes to achieve those new goals. Sometimes in life things get in our way and hold us back from sticking to our plans but, if we want to be successful we need to re-adjust and make it happen anyway.
