When it comes to Life and Fitness there is way too many people out there that simply “Tolerate” their life and fitness levels. This is something that we need to change. Why are we tolerating where
we are in life, when we have so many different opportunities out there to become better and get to where we actually want to be; rather than where we are or where we feel “stuck.” It is important to remember that your life is not meant to be tolerated. It is meant to be lived and loved. That means you need to ask yourself some questions on why you are living a life you “tolerate” rather than a life you want. The one in control of that is: YOU.
