It seems that in today’s society it is common and OKAY for people to “Start-Quit-Start Again” when it comes to fitness. However, you will never see any results if you continue to start a workout plan or nutritional plan and quit after a month because the results aren’t where you want to be. And
then expect different results a month later doing the same thing. Fitness is hard. Fitness takes commitment. Just like in life, when we are born the hardest part is always the beginning. The hardest thing to do in the fitness world is to simply just start! And once you get through the beginning stages of “struggle” that is when you will begin to see success.
