This month's theme is Metabolic Health. It will fabulous because beyond sharing critical information you must know, I'll share jaw-dropping data and conclusions of many experiments using a CGM. Being Metabolically Healthy is, of course, about your health, as well your now, your future, and your aging process. It's about the QUALITY of aging and even death. My goal is to remind you that today’s choices are tomorrow’s well-being.
In today’s first episode of this series, I will cover some of the basics of metabolic health: what it means, the key six biomarkers related to metabolic health, and how to improve metabolic health--at least how to get started with.
