There's a lot of talk about whether we have caused Climate Change or even if it's real. The simple answer is YES Climate Change is real, however we're not completely to blame because there have been at least 5 Mass Extinction events in Earth's history and we are currently deep into the sixth, according to scientists. The difference is, the previous ones were caused by natural events such as meteorites, this one is also natural - possibly due to Sun flares - but we, through industrialisation and other factors, are speeding up the process meaning we will be involved in our own Mass Extinction - unless we find a way to slow things down. We won't stop it, but it'll give us some breathing room to figure out a solution.
