There's an account recorded in the Gospel of Luke where Jesus is reported to have cast out a 'Legion' of Demons from a man and subsequently the demons possessed a herd of pigs and ran off a cliff to their deaths. Other accounts of demonic goings on are found in most, if not all, religions yet, are Demons real? Could it be the so-called 'Possessed' are are actually suffering from an illness such as Epilepsy? Many of the the traits of demonic possession seem to point to that - fits, foaming at the mouth, speaking incoherently and so on. With that in mind demons, in that sense, are not real entities, however we do have Inner Demons which are very real.
