I've spoken about Set Points before, how they are areas in our lives where we always fall back to or attain, but never seem to get beyond. They can be in our working life, social life, financial areas, working life or anywhere within our lives. Set Points are like thermometers which are set bat a certain temperature, if it's cooler then it will heat up to that set temperature and if it's hotter then it will cool down to that set temperature. However, although I've spoken about them, I haven't shared how you can Reset your Set Points therefore, in this episode, I'm sharing an easy and simple way you can do just that, one which I personally use and which has helped me make significant changes in my life.
