Hui Cha Poos is a full time Jazz and Hip hop faculty member at the University of Central Oklahoma's Dance Department, as well as the Dance Education degree coordinator. She is the founder of R.A.C.E. Dance Collective and the driving force behind the Calderon Festival. In this episode we dabble in what it means to be a good teacher, independence, and the gift of being a Korean American immigrant.
