"Basically, what she was saying is if you want to have a physiological birth, don’t go to the hospital. I saw the birthing process as the easiest part of the physiological process. In Instictive and physiological birth we don’t need to worry so much about baby’s position we don’t need to worry about birthing positions. We just allow the process to unfold the way that it needs to. We need to let our body do what it intuiitively needs to do jsut as we’re breathing and living now. The intricacy of growing a baby is very complex so evacuating the baby at the end is the easiest part of the process."
