Flower Essences
Formulated by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1920s and 30s, flower essences are watered down extracts from plants, and flowers growing in the "wild". They are used to help one heal emotional pain, and anxiety. These treatments are complementary to anyone engaged in therapy and are to be taken like vitamins or other herbal supplements.
There are hundreds to choose from and can be found online or at your local spiritual store and/or apothecary.
