You might still be getting a few late enquiries or trial bookings trickling in. The students are back in class - hopefully refreshed after a well-earned break - and let’s be real, the break was probably just as important for you and your teaching team too.
Depending on your calendar, you might be preparing for a mid-year performance, gearing up for exams, starting comp season, or knee-deep in costume orders already!
And while we can’t slow the studio down entirely, we can get better at how we manage it.
