People pleasing is SOOOO 2008! On the third episode of In Z's Opinion we are starting to talk about the real sh*t; and first up is PEOPLE PLEASING. As a people pleaser its very easy to have the narrative follow you around that you're always going to say yes; or bend to what others want. If yesterday was not the day, TODAY is definitely the day to STOP doing that. If you are always saying yes when inside you are really saying no, or you're unsure, you are doing yourself a disservice. STOP THAT. Choose you. For you. The real ones know you're heart and others well just let them be. BUT its your turn to please yourself, so start by stopping with trying to please everyone else.
