Remember when we thought that just flipping those tassels
Would be the first step to buying our very own castles?
Ain’t it funny how enormous they look in the movies perched on a big hill
You see mines just a little brick house in the city, but it’s chill
Who needs all that space? Can you imagine all the hassles
Cleaning the floors and trying to heat one of those big castles?
She said I’m looking for a knight, but he doesn’t need shining armor
Her lover needs to be faithful and caring and let nothing harm her
So, I told her I fit the bill, and then I took her ‘round to my place
Her fairness was expecting a castle, should’ve seen the look on her face I said you didn’t require the armor, so I figured you would be cool with the digs
You were looking for a genuine man, grown tired of the “Mr. Bigs”
I may not have a big mansion, a limousine or a fat bank roll
But I can make you feel like a queen baby that’s my only goal
