Ever notice how fairy tales have to have a twist, taking random chance and a magical tryst
As our pair come together, at the location they selected, upon first glance they knew they connected
But it’s never easy for this random fella, or an unlucky gal who’s been mistreated like a real Cinderella
For an Evil befell the pretty maiden like a curse, her man knew nothing but alone feared the worst
He wipes a teardrop watching out the window, saddened as her carriage doesn’t show
Then he smiles as he receives an audio message, “I love you more than you will ever know”
And as it plays a stream of stars shoots across his view, his heart beats wildly he loves that maiden too
Lost a slipper, carriage turned to pumpkins and mice, all he knows is a lifetime beside her would be nice
Damn the fables and to hell with the evil queen, bitch I’ll show you evil like you’ve never seen
I’m saving my sweetheart, stealing her to the city, and if you don’t like that well ain’t it a pity
Jumps in beside her starts the car, kisses her gently, the sun sets as the two of them start to go
And all you can hear is the two of them in unison saying “I love you more than you will ever know”
