Who wouldn’t want to be in your arms?
Sparklingly gorgeous and loaded with charms
Who wouldn’t want to gaze into your beautiful eyes
I’m certain there would thousands of other guys
I thought that by now you would be next to me
But I’m lost in a maze of some kind of complexity
I try so hard to bite my lip and understand
That sometimes things don’t go the way we planned
Things to do early then you’d hoped to be en route
But early turned to late and communication is mute
I’m feeling so blue, and I would have to believe
This is not something that you could ever conceive
I thought that by now you would be next to me

No this isn’t what we planned
All I have is honey one demand
Tell me you still love and need
Me to love you babe plant the seed
Let’s water it and watch true love grow
Wake and be happy to greet tomorrow
So let’s toss a lucky coin and then watch it land
Straighten out these curves make it the way we planned
