Hey Faithers! Welcome Back!

Happy Monday!

Welcome to Episode 44!

We are starting a new series this week, Grief, Healing & Holidays! During this series, we will discuss how to survive the holidays!

We picked cards from Dream Card & Mindful Messages:

Dream Card:

The answers lie in the moment. Stay awake, be present and stay faithful to your observations and feelings.

Mindful Messages:

The better it gets. When things happen that cause me to feel good, I know there are more good feelings coming my way. The better it gets, and I keep rising up.

Takeaways:

1.) Check in with yourself, be present with yourself! Observe the feelings and emotions of what your body is telling you!

2.)The holidays are fastly approaching, which means that grief season is here. Grief Season is when most people start to feel because holidays usually mean family gatherings and traditions. However, not everyone can enjoy the holidays because of grief. There is a societal grief season typically from November to January, then individual grief seasons. Individual grief season means the times around your loss that affect you.

3.) The growth of HealingSheGotFaith has been amazing to watch and witness.

4.) This is the end of the Power of Grief series! It does not mean that we will no longer be talking about grief, but that we will be moving on to the next subject with grief! New Series coming in November: Grief, Healing, and Holidays!
