Today, I want to talk about something extremely important to all of you just starting and to those with some Quit time already under your belts. Its called a Quit Plan, i.e., what are you going to do when the cravings are too much, or you are caught off-guard when a friend lights a cigarette next to you or cracks open a fresh can of Copenhagen just upwind of you. That shit sucks. So… how you react to it is what we call a Quit Plan.
This battle drill should include having and using the numbers to your Quit brothers....
