「我的心哪，你為何憂悶？」這是出自聖經詩篇裡，詩人對自己的心說的話。但，不只是詩人，身為現代人，生活裡總是有著讓自己煩憂的事。
藉著這週的主題「不要憂慮」，我們要來認識一個在 1981 年成立的CCM老牌樂團 「NewSong （新歌樂團) 」。他們在2011年的專輯裡作了一首歌，歌名就叫做 Why Worry (為何憂慮？)，現在就一起來認識他們的故事以及他們的作品吧！
Why Worry
One little circumstance 一個小狀況
Suddenly I’m in a trance 突然間我恍神了
And I’m thinking ‘bout 我在想
Everything that’s going wrong 所有出錯的事
On the surface all is well 表面上一切都很好
As far as anyone can tell 至少沒有人察覺異樣

So, why should I worry? 所以，我為何憂慮
Why should I worry at all? 為何需要憂慮？
Some days I do just fine 有些時候我做的很好
Some days I lose my mind 有些時候我失去理智
But through it all 但無論如何
I know I’m in His hands 我知道我是他手中的工
Sometimes this life can be 有時候生命就像是
Just one big mystery 一個非常大的奧祕
But I’m learnin' I don’t have to understand 但我正在學習我不需要全懂
So I’ll just keep walking tall 我只需要繼續有信心的向前走
