When Mitch comes home early and finds his girlfriend is involved in a precarious situation he is forced to move and finds himself living near a local college. Although his friends Beanie and Frank the tank live vicariously through him nothing but parties, drinking and the occasional streaking ensues. They start a Fraternity and the only question is...
