In this episode, Mel dive into the topic of trauma. According to her, we all experience trauma, the chance to have trauma and its severity are different for everyone.

Through her studies and shared experiences, Mel draws in her three main positions that people fall into when encountering trauma. Also, she opened the moment she passed the feeling of wanting to end everything, for which she was grateful since it allowed her to have an impact on other people's lives.

For her, post-traumatic growth is when you can indeed construct a fulfilling human experience, break free from the pain, and move forward.

The goal of this episode is to help people become fully aware of themselves so that if trauma or discomfort occurs, they can decide how to think about it and use that pain for self-growth.
