She discussed these four aspects: self-awareness, self-management, relationship management, and societal awareness. Although these aspects are linked and complement one another, they are not necessarily mutually exclusive. In other words, you may have more powerful elements in one of the regions.
Furthermore, Mel stated that the more we learn how to handle and use them to our advantage, the better off we would be most of the time. Therefore, we will have a better chance of leading ourselves to more affluence and success.
