In this episode, Mel talks about how to shift your mindset toward positivity and optimism. We've all been there, you're having a bad day, or you're in a downward spiral of negative thoughts, or you just feel like nothing will ever go right for you. And it's hard to pull yourself out of that mindset. But it's not impossible! Mel is going to talk about how to get started shifting into a more positive way of thinking.

The first step is awareness: you have to begin to structure your mindset so that you can change the way you think about things and what you focus on. As soon as you realize that something has shifted, it's easier for you to adjust your mindset and stay optimistic from then on out. So keep an eye out for these shifts.
