It can be challenging to identify and manage, but it's essential to understand and manage it to prevent it from damaging our relationships and affecting our mental health. By recognizing the signs of secondary anger and using the Connection Codes techniques, we can get to the root of our emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
