Description

A Zen Buddhist concept, beginner’s mind asks you to drop preconceptions.

When you contemplate without judgement, you accept that much of life is unknown.

So much of what we worry about hasn’t even happened yet. With beginner’s mind, we redirect ‘what if’ thoughts to one simple truth: I cannot know what will happen. So take the weight of knowing off your shoulders for a few minutes, and be the beginner.
