I recently was smacked in the face with the realization that something at my company was/is my job, because I've not delegated it to someone else.
If you're an entrepreneur, or even a leader of any sort, you're told to "work on the business not in it." But, I think that's a detrimental mindset to have if, in fact, you DO need to work IN the business because you haven't built out an organization that owns everything.
Here's my realization and how I am tackling it moving forward.
