CONQUERING PRAYERLESSNESS
1 Samuel 12:23
“Tungkol naman sa akin, hindi ako titigil ng pananalangin sa PANGINOON para sa inyo dahil kung magkaganoon, magkakasala ako sa PANGINOON. Tuturuan ko rin kayong mamuhay nang tama at matuwid.
Pride, Unbelief, Idolatry
Prayer is the key for us to succeed in our spiritual life.
*[[Mat 6:9]] Therefore, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
Let us draw near to God as a FATHER.
Prayer prepares us for what God prepares for us
*[[Luk 3:21]] When all the people had been baptized, Jesus, too, was baptized. While he was praying, heaven opened,
*[[Luk 3:22]] and the Holy Spirit descended on him, appearing in the form of a dove. Then a voice came from heaven, saying, “You are my Son, whom I love. I am pleased with you!”
• The Heaven was oppened.
• The Holy Spirit descended.
• The voice from heaven came.

Sapagkat ang ninanasa ng laman ay laban sa nais ng Espiritu, at ang nais ng Espiritu ay laban sa ninanasa ng laman. Magkalaban ang dalawang ito, kaya hindi ninyo magawa ang gusto ninyong gawin.
3. THE VOICE FROM HEAVEN CAME.
We are all called to pray.
[[Luk 22:31]] ‘Simon, Simon, be careful to listen to me! The devil has asked to have you all. He wants to cause all of you to stop obeying me. He will shake you as a farmer shakes seeds.’ [[Luk 22:32]] ‘But I have prayed for you, Simon, that you will continue to believe in me. And you, when you have turned back to me, you must help your brothers to be strong again.’
