In this episode, we explore present moment awareness in relation to the ACT framework. In addition, we start the episode discussing the differences between meditation terms (i.e. spiritual, focused, etc...) and the aims of certain practices (i.e. higher power connection or awareness). This episode is not exhaustive of all things meditation and mindfulness, as that would need to be broken into many layers. The episode ends with a short awareness practice to connect with noticing judgement.
