// OUR REAL-ATIONSHIP TALK PODCAST GUEST //

Colette Machado is a former BBC news journalist, online magazine publisher and national newspaper editor, a role she landed at the young age of 24, which made her one of the UK’s youngest ever editors. She now works in the field of financial education, as a Financial Educator, educating individuals and families on how money works and how to work their money in order to understand key financial concepts, that we should all have learnt at school but didn’t, so that they can plan for a better financial future.

Working in the field for more than 10 years, Colette has used her learnings to educate and empower others as well as herself about the money game. She strongly believes that we all should have multiples streams of income – and the last two years has shown us that this is without a doubt so needed - so in addition to being a financial education coach she also works in the field of PR as a PR Consultant helping business owners and entrepreneurs to secure media coverage in national and local media and speaking engagements in order to position themselves as the go-to expert in their field.
