Musician and broadcaster Tara Slone talks to Matt about the uncertainty she felt after the end of her band Joydrop, followed by the false hope of appearing on the widely seen and much talked about music reality show "Rockstar INXS". Since those music days Tara has reinvented herself as a TV Host but her journey to become an acclaimed broadcaster on "Rogers Hometown Hockey" and "Top of HER Game" was not an easy one, and has taught her the importance of being kind to ourselves.
